pet peeves

What are your pet peeves? I have quite a few, but the one that I am particularly ticked off about this week are people who think they're perfect. I have two co-workers who both describe themselves as perfectionists. Yet these two people make more mistakes than anyone I know. I'd like to know what areas of their lives they think they are perfect in, because it sure isn't in their work related duties!

I personally don't like people who think the world should revolve around them. These are the kind of people who bitch and complain all the time because they are not satisfied with anything, and then demand that something should be done about it just so it suits them. I think that these people should be hung by their genitals until they get the idea through their thick skulls that such is life and get over it. Life is too short to be nit picky about ever little detail of this world that pisses them off, but *sigh* some people won't learn.

One thing that really annoys the hell out of me, is when someone treats someone fine when they're around, then trashes them behind their back. Mom does that to my boyfriend a lot lately, and it's about to drive me up the wall.
All he's done is try his best to respect her, and I guess that's not enough, because she still finds something wrong with him. I'm sorry if she all of a sudden doesn't like him and/or doesn't want us to be together, but we're going to be whether anybody likes it or not.
I love him, and nobody can change that.

Back stabbers as was mentioned above, people who think they're always perfect, liars, lazyness, people who complain they don't have enough money, but yet they can't get a job cause they're too azy, and some more.

People who tell you the only way to learn about a computer is to break it, then try and fix it. People who treat you like you're stupid, just because they know more than you. People who are more interested in showing you how smart they are, than in really helping you when you have a problem with something, be it software, electronics, etc. People who expect you to listen attentively when you talk, but who don't do the same in return, mostly because they're miles away, in the mental sense. People who like picking on someone just for the funof it. People who only reply to you, when they disagree with your post, or to say things like, can we drop it, this is getting old, when they aren't even in the conversation.
Phew! guess that's enough from me for now, lol.
have a nice day all,

Blinky ... you do realize the only people who could be "ung up by their genitals" would be guys ... well, I do not want to get into details but I can't see how you would do that to women .. just something to think about.
Well, I generally agree with everyone, people who are full of thesmelves get on my nerves, people who are too proud to forgive (not that people should forgive everything but I've had a friend who would not ever give anyone a second chance no matter what little thing happened, I think it's totally wrong, people are not perfect, they make mistakes and if they want to make it right I think they should get a chance).
People who complain about e.g. alcoholism and claim they want to go to rehab but do it 16000 times and just start drinking again, and we keep paying for their rehab, you only get a limited number of chances, if you don't want to help yourself then we can't help you and should give someone a chance who really wants to be better (of course it's easy to say but it's their lives and if they're not interested in trying to save their lives why should we)?
Cheers
